Only thing better than a home-cooked meal… MyChef

Nothing can top a home cooked meal.  Delicious, nutritious and heart-warming, but not all of us have the luxury of time to lay out a grand feast every night.  I’m now the most spoilt person – I expect that home cooked meal, and I expect that I certainly won’t be cooking it!

I’m an addict now – because not only do I not have to cook the food, I don’t have to deal with the mess from cooking the food, or the leftover ingredients either! Ordering dinners in has changed my life! Now we all have more time and energy to do fun stuff, (or work a little more), after all – we could all use a little extra time right!?

The past month has been rough – and I can only credit myChef with the fact that we didn’t go hungry!

MyChef’s menu changes frequently, and there’s always something new and exciting to try.  They deliver on Tuesdays and fridays and most of their meals are freezer ready too! So you can go ahead and stock up for the week/month once you have discovered your favourites. There’s a large variety from Heat & Eat to assemble & cook and butchery items – and they bring you bread and milk too!

Incidentally I was at a launch event a little while ago where Blue Strawberry, a part of MyChef did the catering – it was superb!

My recommendations from what I’ve had:

Thai Green Curry (absolutely yum!)

Chicken Chow Mein (It really is better than takeout! and to top it all I felt like a pro in the kitchen!)

MyChef Quiches are just superb!

ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE THING EVER: Beef & Guinness Pie, when this comes up on the menu again I’m stocking up!

Our Eats this month:

We also had delicious mother’s day cookies and some absolutely lovely lunch time pies & quiches… I can’t live without MyChef anymore I don’t think…
