2014 will see the Earthdance KZN Global Peace Party bringing you a three day, two night event with 2 dance floors, taking place from 3pm on Friday, 19th to 5pm on Sunday, 21th September 2014, at Highover Lodge on the banks of the Mkomazi River in Richmond, KZN.
Earthdance, which has previously been held in over 700 locations in 60 countries, coordinates the annual Global Festival for Peace and multi-location charity event in alignment with the United Nations International Day of Peace on September 21st and will see Earthdancers from around the world coming together to dance for peace.
There will be an explosive line up of bands and performers in The DMZ (- De-Militarized Zone) from Steve Fataar, Luke Falconer, Free Haine, Delwyn Foster, Undivided Roots, Nix Bantwana, Weston & Engine, to The Pre-adamites and Organic Poets as well as a finely tuned blend of Dub, Ambient, Psydub, Reggae, Intelligent Deep House, Folk, Swing, Experimental Poetic Improvisations and more, including beats from Downtempo DJs including Freedom Steppa, Afroviking, Blaq Q7, Khaya, Illuminaartjie, Drumshak Jon, Psypixie, Dr Nonono, Choppers, James, Selecta Relentless, Redeye Mabande, Jinx, Emn8 plus special guests appearances!
