At a media gathering held on Wednesday at the Beverly Hills Hotel, we were all treated to a delectable selection of eats from the refreshed and revised menu at Elements Café Bar – Chef De Cuisine Kyle Govender has certainly brought his own unique flavour to Elements, and it is WOW!
First up was a miniature version of their esteemed Bouillabaisse accompanied by a tempura prawn and calamari. What a divine presentation! The delicious bouillabaisse certainly lives up to the hype.
Elements Café has an impressive menu, but a firm favourite has to be the Pistachio Chicken; a perfectly balanced flavour explosion! Served with noodles, Bok Choy and an amazing peanut satay sauce.
And who could deny themselves a warm and delectable slice of apple crumble when it looks this good!? Not me – that’s for sure!
