Andrew writes: I AM HUMBLED by how well these cooking demonstrations have been received. Thank you all so much, for all your support, and I am so appreciative for the people who have already booked for this month’s demonstrations without even having seen the menus yet.
With lots of new friendships being forged and loads of good old belly laughs!… and some people learnt to cook and everyone left a bit heavier then when they started, but most importantly, we shared love, in the form of laughs, phone numbers, food, messaged pictures to each other of the food we had cooked at home and became a little foodie community.

So herewith is Augusts’ cooking menus, which, with help from everyone in our previous groups feedback.
Each class has a limited amount of guests, and this month are on Thursday the 14th and Monday the 18th, Tuesday the 19th and Wednesday the 20th, (4 lessons) where we learn seven or more dishes each lesson and….. eat them!!! That’s over 30 recipes and meals to nom nom and recreate.
The lessons will start at six thirty sharp and payment of R2800.00 for the four lessons will have to be made upfront. They should be finished by ten, but there is wine and lots of laughter and good company of like minded souls, so you are free to stay later.
Coffees, waters and juice will be supplied, along with your recipe cards, and a cash bar will be available for wines and minerals, but feel free to bring your own.
Please, these are fun evenings, so sit back, relax, drink wine, laugh and have fun. All you need to bring is a sense of humour, a smile and an appetite.(and maybe a pen, because I tend to give out way to many ideas to pimp what I’m teaching you)
