About the Show:

No Direction Home – A Tribute to Bob Dylan

The show was successfully launched at Atterbury Theatre on 6 June. The crowd were ecstatic about the production! They received a standing ovation and the audience wanted more!

The show traces the life of Bob Dylan, and his impact on 20th century American popular music and culture. It also encapsulates Dylan’s rise to fame as a folk singer and songwriter.

The show does not cover Dylan’s entire career; it concentrates on the more popular Dylan songs from as early as 1961 and will feature most of the well known old favourite songs like Mr Tambourine Man, Knocking on Heavens Door and more! Featuring Ben van Zyl, Pieter Smit, Pieter Albert Jordaan, Stephen Aiken & Johnny Late. Written, produced & directed by MEL BOTES – Another STORM PRODUKTIONZ Production!

Quote from accomplished actor Chris van Niekerk:
“WOW! WOW! WOW! What an experience, I was privileged to be able to see this production!
The musicians were absolutely great, but this once again underlines the brilliance of a music master like Mel Botes to get the production on stage and “polish” it to an unforgettable night.
Thank you very much! I hope it will return again at some stage!
I have entered my name now on the mailing list because this show came under my attention from the flyers handed out at CSIR robot.
I am glad I took one!!”
