Hot main selection features beef oxtail served with dumplings, grilled Cajun
prawn skewers, onion marmalade roast turkey served with homemade stuffing,
cranberry sauce and brussel sprout cabbage, roast topside served with apple
sauce and crackling, Durban lamb curry served with poppadum and roti,
butternut and sweet potato topped with feta cheese; creamy spinach, mushroom
and deep fried halloumi cheese with penne pasta, slow cooked Italian chicken
casserole cooked in white wine with olives and peppadews; Asian grilled
vegetables and wild rice.
